RewriteMirror

RewriteMirror is a system used to mirror a remote website locally on-the-fly. It is similar to using a proxy server, and has been used to dynamically mirror websites such as apt.freshrpms.net and red-carpet.ximian.com.

It consists of an htaccess file (rename it to .htaccess), and a php script (rename to rewrite.cgi) to fetch, cache, and return the file.

Note: This project is no longer actively maintained, but the code is available if you want it.
